What if I don't know what tools I have? How will you process my tools?
We will pick up, sort, evaluate and quote your tools, based on your specific needs and once you approve it we will begin processing your order.
What is your average lead time?
Lead times can vary, but our typical turnaround time for non-coated tooling is about one week. If your tools are being coated the average lead time is around two weeks. In some cases we have expedited coating services available, at no additional cost, with a lead time of three to five days.
Is it really worth re-sharpening my tools when I can just buy new?
Yes! We save our customers an average of 60% to 75% the cost of new. Our regrinds are capable of meeting and even exceeding the factory specifications of brand new tooling. You’ll save money and time by utilizing us to take care of your tooling needs.
Do you offer any coating services?
We offer a wide variety of coatings, including traditional CVD coatings and the latest in PVD coating technology.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, and in most cases we will never charge an expedite fee.
